Andy Luc

Andy Luc is the Head of Core Infrastructure for the Analytics Trust & Safety team at Google. Mr. Luc has served over 20 years in financial and technological sectors. He specializes in developing strategies, integrating innovative technology, and managing data to create a safer space on Google platforms.

Before his career as a lead at Google, Mr. Luc served as a Program Manager at NTT Data and supported the Truist Merger. He also managed large-scale programs at Capitol One and managed key regulatory projects that impacted the Collateral Management Division of Goldman Sachs. He has also worked as a consultant at Accenture, Deloitte, and Booz Allen Hamilton.

Mr. Luc earned his Master’s degree in Management Information Sciences from Florida International University’s College of Business and Bachelor’s degree in Mathematical Sciences from the University of Florida.
