Mike Loffredo

Mike Loffredo serves as the District Sales Manager for Fastenal in Miami- Dade and Monroe County. After earning a BS in Political Science from the University of Central Florida, Mike began his career with Fastenal in 2012 as an entry-level sales representative. A native of Miami, he moved to Jacksonville, FL to take on the role of District Sales Manager for North Florida, before returning to Miami in 2019. Mike now leads a diverse team of over 40 direct sellers across 15 business units in the South Florida market. His professional focus is on fostering the growth and development of his employees to help them achieve their personal and professional goals. Outside of work, he loves spending time with his young family, including his wife Charlotte and their three children: Morgan, Margaret, and Jack.
