As Managing Director of Vaster, Zack Simkins leads the company’s strategic operations and oversees its robust portfolio of debt funds. Under his leadership, Vaster has originated and managed over $500 million in private loans, securing its position as a leader in the South Florida private lending space. Zack’s responsibilities include overseeing the origination of private loans secured by residential and commercial real estate, managing the fund's capital structure and portfolio, and ensuring the delivery of target returns to investors.

Zack’s expertise is supported by a strong academic foundation. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and Psychology from Penn State University and earned an MBA in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Miami. With his forward-thinking leadership, Vaster continues to thrive as a premier platform for real estate financing, offering tailored solutions to meet the demands of a dynamic market.
