Andrea Devis Focke is the Director of Investor Relations at EB5 Capital, a distinguished real estate investment firm based in Washington, D.C., specializing in financing commercial real estate developments through capital from international investors seeking U.S. residency via the EB-5 Program. Based in Miami, Andrea oversees the firm’s operations across Latin America and Brazil, leveraging her deep expertise in investor relations to cultivate high-value partnerships, develop and implement strategic fundraising initiatives, and guide investors through every stage of the investment process. Her global acumen extends to European markets, further enhancing EB5 Capital’s international reach. Andrea serves as Co-Chair of the Membership & Investor Market Development Committee for Invest in the USA (IIUSA) and is a frequent speaker and panelist at prominent immigration and real estate conferences worldwide.

Before joining EB5 Capital, Andrea gained experience in the real estate investment sector and risk management in Washington, D.C.
