Andrew is a highly competent and dynamic Construction Management professional, with over twenty years of comprehensive, hands-on experience in the construction industry. Able to direct all phases of a project from planning and development through the final inspection process. Experienced in the construction and development of a wide variety of projects including, mixed-use facilities, mid and high-rise condominiums, commercial construction, and high-end residential dwellings. Andrew has been a principal with VCM since leaving his family’s construction business in the late 90’s. I am pleased to say, that I am a graduate of the School of Construction Management at FIU and stand firmly committed to help FIU, its students and professionals.
