Martin Bravo

For more than a decade, Martin has been an innovator in the Commercial Real Estate space in the fields of marketing and project conceptualization. At APEX, Martin leverages his creative expertise to not only help craft and drive the future vision of the company but also help entrepreneurial clients and companies achieve their real estate goals.

Thanks to his multidisciplinary experience in the commercial real estate industry, he has been involved in the financing, project design, underwriting, marketing, assemblage, disposition, acquisition, and lease up of over $1.5 billion worth of real estate in emerging neighborhoods like Wynwood, Design District, Little River, Edgewater, Midtown and Downtown Miami.

Currently, he is the COO and Partner of APEX Capital Realty, which is one of South Florida’s fastest-growing independent Commercial Real Estate Brokerages. In 2021 alone, the APEX team completed $350 million in sales and leases. Martin is a graduate of the Entrepreneurship Program at the University of Miami and holds a Master’s degree in International Real Estate from the Florida International University. During his Master’s he led a team of graduate students into the final round of the University of Miami’s Impact Investing national competition. Martin is also a founding member of the Bain Council for The Hollo School of Real Estate at FIU and since 2016 has been a member of the YPO for the Friends of The Underline.
