Michael Lisanti

Michael Lisanti was born in Long Branch, NJ and now lives in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He is a 2003 graduate at Monmouth University with a bachelor's degree of science in accountancy and was a Student Affiliate at the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Michael currently is a licensed real estate Broker at Coldwell Banker in Aventura, Florida, where he provides services in the commercial and residential markets. Before he became a real estate agent he worked as a senior staff accountant at a public accounting firm in Freehold, New Jersey for over 10 years. His experience in the CPA firm included providing accounting and auditing services to public school systems, municipalities, local authorities, and public corporations. Michael received his masters’ degree in international real estate at FIU in 2018. His experience in Real estate includes gathering and researching sales and rental comparables, track market trends such as rental growth and infrastructure development, prepare financial models for commercial real estate valuation and review financial statements and operating information. Michael has in-depth knowledge of the Florida market, including solid understanding of the dynamics of various locations, submarkets, economic conditions and financial markets. His experience also includes understanding the fundamentals of corporate real estate asset management, performance measurement and risk management.
