Renato Pedersen

Renato Pedersen, Vice President, Investments at Volta Global, a Family Office (SFO) with a global, multi-faceted investment strategy active across real estate & private equity, is responsible for overseeing and leading the sourcing, structuring, and execution of new equity and credit investment opportunities globally alongside the President of the firm.

Prior to Volta Global, Renato worked for one of the largest privately owned, full-service, US national real estate advisory firms. There, on behalf of some of the largest institutional ownership groups in the world, he assisted with the oversight of a 4.5 million-square-foot Office and Industrial portfolio in South Florida and worked on various real estate transactions. Renato started his career as the lead investment analyst at a boutique family office in Miami. He has been involved in ~$1 Billion worth of transactions throughout his career.

Renato holds a MS in Real Estate and a BA in Economics from Florida International University.
